C GRADE WIN C5 PREMIERSHIP
A big congratulations to the C Grade, the boys convincingly beat North Haven in their Grand Final win by 68 points. It was a special day had by all, all the boys played extremely well to cap off a stellar finals campaign. The whole team was very focused on beating North Haven, who finished on top of the table at the end of the minor round. From the first bounce all players were inspired to get the win and finished in front at each break.
A special mention to Barta and Andre who finished their outstanding careers with the possible scenario...A PREMIERSHIP. Thanks for your service over the years...
LEE DUGGAN – Div 5 Association Medalist 2011
A Grade captain Lee Duggan took out the JB Dicker Division Medal with 26 votes. He tied with Dene Steele from Salisbury West. It is a fantastic achievement and some well overdue recognition of a champion player. Duggy has had an outstanding season in 2011 and is a worthy winner. Simon Barratt finished runner up with 17 votes in the GP Wilson Div 5R Medal, missing out by just one vote to Mark Rowe from Salisbury West (18 votes). Bazza also has had an outstanding season. Brett Ryan also finished 4th in the C5 FS Hone Medal with 9 votes
